Lucette Otero

Lucette Otero was born in New York and grew up in Puerto Rico, where she learned fluent Spanish. She has a Bachelor's of Christian Counseling from Southeastern Theological Seminary and is a Master's candidate there as well. She is an experienced fraud investigator with the Department of Housing and holds a certificate as a paralegal.

Denise Velasquez Jones

Denise Velasquez Jones earned her J.D. in 1989 from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, in Colombia. She earned her MBA in International Business from Georgia State University in 1999. She has worked professionally as a medical and legal interpreter.

Auristela

Auristela graduated with honors from the University of Zulia School of Law in Venezuela, 2003. Post-graduation, she practiced Civil Litigation as well as Criminal Law and taught classes with FE Y ALEGRIA to help impoverished and excluded populations. In July 2011, she graduated with honors from Miami Dade College with an Associate's in Science in Paralegal Studies. She has been working as a paralegal for Rebecca Black Immigration Law, PA since December 2016 preparing various immigration, waivers, and asylum in addition to traffic violation cases. Her professional experience and international legal background ensures her high level of competence to prepare immigration cases.

Pedro Celso Vargas Thomas

Pedro Celso Vargas Thomas graduated from the LL.B, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), in 2010. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida (UNF), Jacksonville, 2017 and is working on an LLM from University of Florida (UF), Gainesville. He has more than 4 years of experience handling complex litigation and consulting in labor and employment law, business law and consumer law in Brazil. He represented domestic and foreign clients in various industries, including tobacco, automotive, information technology, pharmaceutical and logistics and presented oral arguments before several Federal and State Courts in Brazil. His professional experience and international legal background ensures his high level of competence to prepare immigration cases.
