Our office works with a large Spanish-speaking client base, primarily nationals from Latin America.

About the Position

We are seeking a fully bilingual, fully remote legal professional (English–Spanish) with strong experience in legal practice to join our growing team. You will collaborate with colleagues in the U.S. and Latin America while managing a variety of immigration cases.

This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time. Tentative schedule: 1—5pm EST, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong legal writing skills in both English and Spanish
  • Critical thinking and sharp legal reasoning
  • Attention to detail and organizational efficiency
  • The ability to work independently in a supportive, semi-autonomous environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to collect required documentation and case information
  • Draft declarations based on client interviews and supporting evidence
  • Complete immigration forms accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct case evaluations and provide preliminary legal analysis
  • Draft and tailor cover letters using firm templates
  • Prepare comprehensive application and petition packets
  • Conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications

  • Law degree, advanced law student, or legal translator with prior legal experience (immigration law experience strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience (immigration focus is a plus)
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Strong analytical, legal, and logical reasoning abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
